Booking Policy
To accommodate the high demand of my services, to help minimize the considerable financial overhead and time from potential clients or myself;
Please provide me with at least a 24-48 hour notice before your original appointment time for any cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% of the original service charge.
No Show/No Calls will be charged the full amount of the original service along with a $20 fee added to next appointment. For a full breakdown of the cancellation/rescheduling policy, see below.
Refunds are not offered for hair services due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of my craft.
I have invested time, my own money, expertise, and quality products to provide this experience. This collaborative effort between client and stylist makes each appointment as unique as each of us are. Your satisfaction, comfort and happiness is my main priority, and I’m dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns to maintain my own high standards. Adjustments are taken seriously.
I am not the most punctual of people, so just as I try to notify you if I’m running behind, please be kind and return the favor.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I wholeheartedly understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I strive to accommodate everyone’s scheduling needs. To make sure I can provide the absolute best services to all my clients, I have established the following cancellation/rescheduling policy:
For Reschedules:
If you reach out at least 24 hrs before your appointment no fee will be charged.
First Cancellation:
No fee will be charged for your first cancellation.
Subsequent Cancellations:
For any cancellations beyond the first occurrence, a fee of $10 will be applied.
No Show / No Call:
In the event of a no show, a fee equal to half of the scheduled service cost will be charged. Additionally, a $20 fee will be added to your next appointment.
** If you have a medical or mental health condition that makes living your day to day life difficult, and haven’t already informed me, then please do so prior to your appointment.**
